History & Experiance With Kässbohrer

In 1999, I began my journey with Kässbohrer, contributing to the development of the groundbreaking ParkBully, the first-ever park-specific snowcat. The global success of this innovation opened doors for me to further advance equipment development, establish comprehensive training programs, and conduct educational seminars across the US and Europe. Over the years, the park-focused line within the PistenBully product range has continued to evolve and remains a top-selling snowcat in the industry.

In the early years I helped develop and conduct informative terrain park and new equipment educational seminars that played a pivotal role in expanding terrain parks globally, establishing PB as the premier product for the job. The inaugural terrain park and product launch seminar took place in early 2000 at Sass-Fee Ski Resort in Switzerland, where we hosted operators and resort management, exposing them to the cutting-edge world of terrain park construction and development. These seminars continued in the US and Europe for several years, contributing significantly to the success of the Park Brand.

Additionally, I lead the development of the customer-facing SnowSat data dashboard interface. This interface was developed from a request by Clifford Mann at Mammoth who was looking for an easier way to understand the information that he was getting in spreadsheets. This intuitive interface provided resorts with a comprehensive understanding of complex nightly data, offering benchmarks, scores, and comparisons to facilitate data analysis. This innovative solution automated daily reports for multiple top resorts in North America, streamlining operations and enhancing decision-making processes.

Furthermore, I developed the terrain park specific version of the Pro Academy online training program. This tailored program empowered resort staff with comprehensive training on best practices and techniques specific to terrain park operations. By providing both initial and ongoing training opportunities, we ensured that resort staff remained equipped with the knowledge and skills necessary to deliver exceptional terrain park experiences.

During my tenure at Snow Park Technologies, I spearheaded the PB / SPT partnership, leading to the creation of a remarkable line of co-branded SPT / PB Cats. These cutting-edge snowcats were extensively utilized in North American events and played a crucial role in prototyping new innovations, pushing the boundaries of park design and development. This initiative not only positioned PB as a coveted brand and top-tier product but also fostered an aspirational quality, capturing global interest among park builders who acknowledged the excellence of SPT.

Through my contributions, I have continuously assisted in driving innovation, cultivated strategic partnerships, and developing industry-leading training programs and interfaces, leaving a lasting impact on the winter sports industry.
